Shiley Acres is located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia in the town of Inwood. We’re a short distance off of Interstate 81. Only 5 minutes from Martinsburg West Virginia and about 20 minutes from Winchester Virginia and Hagerstown Maryland.
